A Huge Shout Out to My Better Half... 💛

If you've followed Strive for a while, you'll know I'm incredibly passionate about helping people feel fitter, healthier and stronger.

Well... I have to give a huge shout out to someone who's just as passionate about helping people feel their absolute best my partner, Sam.

Over the past few months I've watched her pour everything into building Ritual Crown Spas, and honestly, I'm so proud of what she's created.

This isn't just another beauty treatment. The attention to detail, the atmosphere she creates and the care she gives every client is genuinely something special. Everyone walks in carrying the stresses of everyday life and walks out looking and more importantly feeling a completely different person.

If you're in need of a bit of "you time", whether it's to relax, unwind, de-stress or simply treat yourself, I couldn't recommend her enough.

As someone who's pretty fussy with standards, I can honestly say she's phenomenal at what she does.
