How I Help People Through STRIVE

A lot of people I work with don’t actually need to be pushed harder, they need things to be made clearer and more structured so they can actually follow through.

That’s really what STRIVE is built around.

When someone starts coaching with me, the first thing we do is look at where they are right now, not where they think they “should” be. From there, everything is built around their goals, their lifestyle, and what they can realistically stick to.

For some people that means having a structured gym plan so they know exactly what to do when they walk in. For others it might be running plans that slowly build fitness without picking up injuries or burning out. And for others it’s endurance training, whether that’s building towards a half marathon, a triathlon, or something bigger like an Ironman.

I also support clients with strength and conditioning work that helps improve performance and reduce injury risk, as well as sports massage to help with recovery and keep the body moving well.

But honestly, the main thing most people get from coaching isn’t just the training plan itself. It’s having someone who keeps things simple, keeps them accountable, and helps them stay consistent when motivation dips.

Because that’s usually where people struggle most.

The goal with STRIVE is always the same though, which is to help people feel more confident in what they’re doing, more in control of their training, and more capable than they thought they were when they first started.
